Ordering
Ordering can be done 24 hours a day online using our secure online transaction shoping cart. Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. All orders will be shipped Monday to Friday at 1:00 pm.
Returns
Only orders shipped to Canadian adress are eligible for return and must meet the following criteria: the item/items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item/Items must be in saleable condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping must be prepaid, and items must be properly boxed. Stringing charges (materials and labour) are not refundable on racquet orders, and there are no refunds or exchanges on any climbing items.
Warranties
Webco Sports does not warrenty any of the products we sell. However, the full manufacturers warranty applies on all purchases. We will do everything in our power to assist in the replecment of defective products. Any defective products must be returned to Webco Sports, postage prepaid for inspection. Valid claims will either be replaced with the same or similar product. If the product is unavailable a Webco Sports store credit will be issued.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. Webco Sports will not sell, rent, or post your personal information for any reason. Our purpose for collecting personal information about our customers is to provide them with an efficient, profesional experience at Webco Sports. By purchasing from Webco Sports we will collect the following information: your name, shipping address, billing address, email address and telephone number. This information will be stored on our secure server for your access to use or edit at any time. This information will never be disclosed to any third party. You always have the option to not provide us with personal information by choosing to not use our online service.

As laws, consumer, and business needs change we may need to amend this privacy policy. We may do so at any time by posting changes on this site.
